POLICY

Deposits

All clients are required to pay a deposit to secure your appointment. This should be done within 24 hours of booking your appointment slot, and if not, the slot will be available to all clients to book into.

Amendments & Cancelations

If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required, otherwise your deposit will be lost.

Terms & Conditions

Please arrive promptly for your appointment time. Lateness of over 15 minutes or no shows will incur loss of their booking deposit and the appointment will need to be rebooked.

Please be aware that the legal minimum age for injectable treatments is 18. Proof of ID may be required.

You will be required to fill out a consent form and medical form for ALL treatments. Before and after photos will be taken for insurance purposes.
